Ingebourg Schulz was born in Flat Valley, Saskatchewan on March 25, 1943. She passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025 with family by her side. Inge grew up on the farm and was the youngest of five children. Inge enjoyed helping her parents (Vinzenz and Anna Marie Schoen) and playing with the animals. Inge met Heinz Schulz when he was working at her parents farm. They married in 1961 when she was 18 years old. She became a farmer’s wife and raised four children with her loving husband. Inge enjoyed working in her garden and taking in the fall harvest. Over the years there were many different animals on the farm but mother always had her chickens. She enjoyed baking and cooking, she made the best jelly rolls. Inge always put her family first and worked very hard to provide a good life for them. She adored her three grandchildren and loved spending time with them.

Ing leaves behind her children Hein, Tina (grandchildren Jessie, Jayon and Zackery Desjardine), Luke and Lisa.

Graveside memorial at 2:00 p.m. July 4th at the Lay Cemetery with Normal Lay officiating.
