The Dumpling Mystery????

Had some food education at home. My kids grewup thinking all dumplings were the little boiled things like pasta in things like Chicken and Dumplings. Not what I grewup with..So needed to show the top of stew, fluffy cloud like dumplings. Turned out great… Which is your Favorite??
