Sask. Parks offer free entry for National Trails day on June 6
On June 6, visitors will have a chance to have free entry to provincial parks for National Trails Day.
The province said it’s an opportunity to explore trails and provincial parks before the summer season is in full motion.
“We are fortunate to be home to such beautiful and diverse provincial parks,” said Parks, Culture and Sports Minister Alana Ross. “With a wide range of trails, and programs taking place across the province, we invite everyone to explore the natural beauty Saskatchewan has to offer. Spending time in nature and being active is something important we can do for ourselves and our overall health and well-being.”
Special programming and host-guided hikes will be offered at more than a dozen provincial parks in celebration of National Trails Day:
