Saskatchewan communities share nearly $1.7M in grant funding
Communities in the Prince Albert, Meadow Lake and Humboldt areas are among those receiving funding through Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan’s charitable gaming grants for the first quarter of 2026-27.
The province distributed nearly $1.7 million to about 260 communities through the program.
“We are proud to deliver another round of gaming grants to communities from all four corners of our great province,” Minister Responsible for LGS Jeremy Harrison said. “These grants go to groups engaged in a diverse range of activities, including arts, culture and sport, hospital foundations, service clubs and more.”
According to the province, Prince Albert and area received more than $82,000, Meadow Lake and area received more than $60,000, and Humboldt and area received more than $76,000.
