Winter storms wrap up across Saskatchewan
The Easter long weekend was marked with heavy snow in parts of northern Saskatchewan.
According to Environment Canada Meteorologist Mark Melsness, one area got the brunt of the storm.
“42 centimetres at Lloydminster and that seems to be the most that I’ve found,” Melsness said Sunday.
Melsness is reporting 26 cm of snow fell around La Ronge, and Buffalo Narrows while just across the Alberta border Cold Lake got 30 cm of snow through the weekend.
