Unlike other big box retailers, Schmitke is also willing to sell individual products. For instance, you can buy just a mattress or box spring. You don’t have to purchase a set.

“I really believe customer service is where we’re going to get our customers from. They can get their items anywhere, but what’s going to want them to buy from here is customer service.”
