Tale Spinner Theatre Workshop

Tale Spinner Theatre offers a variety of classes that will be increasing in size and availability as we grow.

Classes are based firstly in age groups, but there may be specific styles or projects associated with specific classes- be sure to read the summaries below to see which one would most benefit you or your child.

Creative Collective

Creative Collective is our summer camp for teens aged 13-18 (10-12 year olds may be admitted on a case-by-case basis). It is a two week camp that will end with the presentation of a new work created by the participants using their talents. This camp is open to all performing artists (musicians, dancers, actors, etc.) and begins on August 14th, 2017. Registration is $400 per person, and a family discount is available. This fee pays for 2 tickets to the final showcase on August 25th, a Creative Collective t-shirt, daily snacks and refreshments, and guest instructors. Participants will be asked to pack their own lunches. The camp runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm with a one hour lunch break at 12pm.

If enrollment is low the camp may be cancelled or postponed

Creative Collective will have two professional actors as guest instructors: Johanna Bundon and Jayden Pfeiffer. They will teach improv and movement. They will also be hosting a workshop for the community on the evening of August 16th. Admission to this workshop is $20.
