Clocking ticking on Meadow Lake 2026 property assessment appeals
Meadow Lake property owners looking to challenge their 2026 property assessments could face an upfront fee of as much as $1,500, with less than a month remaining before the appeal deadline.
The City of Meadow Lake said anyone wishing to appeal their assessment or classification must file an appeal application and the required fee with the city assessor by 4 p.m. on June 30.
The appeal fee is $320 for properties with a full assessed value of less than $500,000, $600 for valuations between $500,000 and $999,999, and $1,500 for valuations exceeding $1 million.
“If the appeal is successful, the fees will be refunded.”
