Fall Camping in Sask Parks

Oct 2, 2026 | 9:03 AM

The fun doesn’t stop at the end of summer in Saskatchewan Provincial Parks. As the weather begins to cool off and the leaves start to change colour, take time to see the province’s landscape in a new way.

Why Camp in the Fall?

Fall camping offers a unique experience of comfortable days in the sun, cozy evenings around the campfire, and plenty of vibrant colours all around. With fewer visitors in October, it provides a quiet atmosphere that gives campers more options for where and when to camp.

Where To Go

Starting in October parks begin to limit amenities, so it’s important to research which campgrounds are open and whether they still have water, power and toilets in use. Call the Park ahead of time for more details on available services and booking options.
