Bail hearing set for man charged in Foam Lake Crash that killed mother and daughters
The 40-year-old man charged in connection with a crash that killed a mother and her two young daughters near Foam Lake will be back in court on Wednesday.
Kelly Knopf, a resident of South Carolina, has been charged with three counts of dangerous driving causing death and three counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm. His bail hearing is expected to go forward in Yorkton Provincial Court on Wednesday.
According to Brian Pfefferle, Knopf’s lawyer, release conditions are expected to require him to return to Saskatchewan to address the charges.
Knopf sustained serious injuries in the collision on Friday and has been in the hospital, his lawyer said on Monday.
